Financial Assistance
Guests admitted for Christian Science nursing care at any level, and occasionally an individual classified as spiritual renewal, may be eligible for benevolence. The spiritual renewal guest will be one who is working out a physical problem, but is not requiring Christian Science nursing services.
Benevolence is financial assistance in the form of adjusted room rates for those whose fiscal stability would be compromised because of a needed stay at Wayside House. Eligibility for benevolence is determined by an assessment of the individual’s financial profile.
